I hear gas prices are going up again. Could someone please explain this whole fuel thing to me? I just don't understand why it now costs me nearly $40 to fill my tank. It cost me all of $15 when I got my economy-friendly cavy. That was only 4 1/2 years ago. I know this has a lot to do with Katrina, and now Rita, but really...

I'm going to my classroom tomorrow to get inspired, maybe I'll come up with some neat way to decorate it. We'll see. I'm thinking of getting a hermit crab so all the pre-teens can scoff at it. :)
